Print-on-demand & processing time

Our merchandise is produced individually for you on order. Processing and printing usually take 2–4 business days before the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery times & shipping costs

Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time depend on the destination country. You will see the applicable shipping costs at checkout, before you place your order. Typical standard delivery times:

• Germany: 3–5 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days
• Outside the EU: 10–20 business days

All shipping costs include VAT and are shown in the cart.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. You can also find it at any time under My Orders.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you by e-mail. It can be sent again if you cover the additional shipping costs.

Cancellation & returns

As long as your order has not gone to print yet, you can cancel it on the confirmation page or in your order history. Details on the right of withdrawal are on the Right of withdrawal page, information on returns under Returns.
